ONZO are working with E.ON UK, deploying their Engagement API across groups of E.ON customers to provide them with monthly Home Energy Dashboards, to give the customer insight into their household’s energy consumption.
The Home Energy Dashboard, alongside the ONZO’s detection of unusual consumption alerts have generated high levels of customer engagement and NPS scores.
E.ON have also taken advantage of ONZO expertise and access to the unique consumption data set to create bespoke insight work.
