Can utilities rebuild trust?
Onzo's Development Director, Nick Hunn, has been quoted in a Greentech Media article about remaking the relationship between utilities and the customers they serve.
Nick recently attended Greentech Media's Networked Grid 2011, an event covering next-generation smart grid infrastructure and applications.
During a panel about dynamic pricing, Nick commented on what he hears when he talks to customers. “The first thing they say is they don’t trust the utility, the second thing they say is they don’t trust the utility, and then the third thing they say is they don’t trust the utility.”
