Onzo starts volume manufacture of its ZigBee display
01/03/2012Onzo, the world’s leading expert in energy analytics and consumer engagement, today announced that it has commenced volume manufacture and shipment of its latest generation of ZigBee In Home Displays. These displays have been designed to meet the requirements for the UK national deployment of smart meters, supporting the latest specifications being developed by the UK Government and Department for Energy & Climate Change (DECC).

Onzo supports the Centre for Sustainable Energy in its addition to the debate in the UK over the benefits of smart metering
18/01/2012Onzo, the world’s leading expert in energy analytics, today responds to The smart metering programme: a consumer review report released yesterday. The report, to Which? by the Centre for Sustainable Energy, expresses their concerns about the financial justification for the UK Smart Metering deployment. Despite generating some negative comment, the thrust of their analysis is that there are real benefits to be achieved if the deployment is done well.
